All items are carefully packaged with recyclable and/or biodegradable materials to ensure their safe arrival to you.

At checkout, you can choose to have a domestic package sent via USPS or FedEx. International packages will be sent via USPS.

If you live or will be in the Cincinnati area and would like to save shipping fees, contact us to arrange a pick-up and enter promo code LOCAL at checkout save shipping fees.


At this time, we are handling returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days or receiving your pottery if you are unhappy with the items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned or exchanged.

If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 24 hours or receiving your order — please include a photo of the damaged piece and a photo documenting the condition of the packaging with your correspondance.

Cancelation requests will be honored if we are contacted within 4 hours of your purchase.
